Slow Down on Long Avenue! The City of Richland has recently installed a couple of speed ‘humps’ on Long Ave. between Swift Blvd. and Stevens Dr. We’re grateful! Cars do speed along this stretch of Long and endanger our school students and parents, and parishioners parking on Long Ave. The work is not completed, so stay alert for traffic revisions.
And slow down!
Job Opening for Assistant Facilities Manager
This is a full time 40hrs a week position Tuesday- Saturday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., on call hours negotiable, swing shift as needed. Requirements include associates degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a technical field. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, vacation, and sick time. Pay range is $21.00 - $27.00 per hour.

Religious Education Job Openings:
Youth Minister/Confirmation Assistant
This is a part time, 15 hrs a week, position that primarily involves evenings and weekends to support Confirmation classes, retreats, service projects, and parish events. Preferred requirements include experience in youth ministry and familiarity with Catholic teachings and the Confirmation preparation process. Bilingual desired.
Religious Education Elementary Assistant
This is a part time, approximately 5 hrs a week position on Wednesday evenings. This position assists with weekly program preparation, classroom readiness, volunteer support, organization of educational materials, and works alongside the coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the program. Preferred qualifications include experience working with children, education, or parish ministry, and strong organizational and time-management skills. Bilingual desired.

Please Help! We need Usher/Greeters!
The parish needs Usher/Greeters all Masses, especially the 5:00 p.m. Sunday Mass. Usher/Greeters are vital! They promote a sense of welcoming and belonging to the faithful assembled for worship. Duties consist of offering a “Good Morning” with a smile and handing out the bulletin, attending those needing assistance, collecting the offering, and facilitating the communion procession. Training is provided!
